Gemini Pre-Cut Crickets Installation Instructions

NOTE: The following instructions apply specifically to a 50´ cricket. The processes described, however, apply to crickets of all sizes.

1. Snap a line between drains. If the surface is not smooth a string may be used and tied to each drain head. This is your Cricket Ridgeline.

2. Determine the mid-point between drains and snap a line perpendicular to the Cricket Ridgeline at this point-this is your Cricket Centerline.

3. Open a Q Gemini Box. There are 2 - (3 panel hinged) pre-cut units in each Q Gemini Box. Place the 2 - Q Gemini units on either side of the Cricket Ridgeline. Make sure the narrow angle is at the drain and the hypotenuse (long side) is on the Cricket Ridgeline.

4. Open a 2" Gemini Box. There are 2 pre-cut units in each 2´ Gemini Box. Place the 2-2" Gemini Units on either side of the Cricket Ridgeline with the narrow angles meeting at the back of the previously placed Q Gemini Panels.

5. Open another Q Gemini Box and install both of the Q Gemini units directly on top of the 2-2" Gemini units previously placed.

6. Now you will need 10 standard tapered Q panels (4´x4") and 2 2" panels (4´x4´). Start by placing 1 Q panel on top of a 2" flat panel and set in place on either side of the ridge valley at the end of the Q+2" pre-cut Gemini units. Most of the Q+2" 4x4 units will be on the opposite side of your centering line. (This is ok and we will trim this off later)

7. Next fill in the Q Panel row on either side of the ridgeline. Again allowing the last piece to overlap your centerline.

8. Now snap your centerline on top of your cricket panels and trim off the minimal waste.

9. Repeat the process from the other drain and trim accordingly
